HOW DO I BOOK A STUDIO SESSION?
Click “book now” and select your desired room and time slot. A minimum booking of (1) hour is required, with additional time available in 30 min increments. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
LOCATION & HOURS
Our studio is located at:
Unit 8- 5270 Solar Drive,Mississauga, ON L4W 5M8
To locate the studio, follow these directions:
-When approaching Solar Drive, look for the driveway located between Building 5266 and 5027 Solar Drive.
-Enter the driveway, and go straight down until you see Unit 8.
We’re located right there, and you’ll see our sign on the door!
-Free visitor parking is available around the plaza.
You are welcome to park and offload in front of the unit but please look for parking spots marked “V for Visitors” and feel free to park there.
Our regular hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
Bookings outside of these hours can be arranged but will incur an additional fee. Contact us through any of our support channels to place such bookings.
STUDIO ACCESS
Please check in at Unit 8 of 5270 Solar Drive and complete our general liability waiver.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in, receive Wi-Fi details, and locate the studio room and bathroom.
IS THERE AN ATTENDANT ON SITE?
Yes, our friendly studio attendants are available to assist you with any inquiries. You can find them at the reception desk in Unit 8. If you need to adjust the room temperature or borrow a steamer, just let our attendants know, and they will be happy to help.

Does the studio booking come with a photographer or videographer?
Yes! We have our in-house photographer.

Additionally, we have a Talent Spotlight section where we can recommend other professionals for our customers.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed. However, clients may reschedule with at least 5 days notice at no additional charge.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will incur a 100% charge of the total booking cost.
Equipment rentals
We have backdrops available for rent at $20 per backdrop.
Select which colour you would like for your booking in the Add on Section of your Cart.
SEASONAL INSTALLATION
During themed seasons, such as Holidays, Valentine’s Day, etc., the studio will be redecorated to reflect the season.
Please note that seasonal installations are fixed, as these placements are curated by our in-house designer to optimize lighting and aesthetics of the space.

Overtime Policy
Clients must use booked studio space within confirmed booking time. A studio attendant will notify when there is 15 minutes remaining on booked session time.
While additional time cannot be guaranteed, we will extend your booking if there is availability.
Overtime is charged at $30 for every additional 15 minutes used.
This includes any time spent packing up, organizing equipment, or cleaning the space.
If no overtime is available and your session overlaps with another booking, a fee of $100 will be deducted from your deposit, and no additional time will be granted.
What happens if there is a snowstorm and I can’t make it to the studio?
We understand that unexpected weather can disrupt plans. Therefore, we offer full studio credit for cancellations affected by severe weather conditions or natural disasters. If you need to make arrangements due to such circumstances, please contact our studio operations team at 647-824-2496.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN PROPS?
Yes, customers are welcome to bring their own props. For large or heavy items, please inform us ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs. Note that any props that may damage our sets (such as affixing anything to walls) are prohibited.
The use of confetti is not allowed without prior written consent. A cleaning surcharge of $60 will be applied if the studio space is not left clean after use.
What if I damage or break something?
If any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please inform our on-site attendant immediately. A $300 deposit will be taken upon arrival for damages. Prompt reporting is crucial to maintain our standards and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
What if I leave something behind?
We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will do our best to locate lost items and keep them in our lost and found. Please contact us if you believe you have left something behind
Can I get my hair and makeup done at the studio?
Yes! If you book the Essence Room, you’ll have access to our complimentary beauty area for hair and makeup during your session. However, if you need to get your make up and hair done before your session starts, you can add extra time to your booking.
PARKING
Free parking is available just steps away from the main entrance. You can find parking at both the front and back of the location.
PETS
No pets are allowed in the studio.
GENERAL RULES
- Please keep music and noise levels at a reasonable volume. If we receive any complaints from our neighbors due to excessively loud music or noise, you will be required to turn off the music completely.
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are permitted inside the studio. Violations will result in a fine ranging from $500 to $10,000 per incident. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine applied for each violation.
- For safety reasons, open flames, dry ice, sparklers, or smoke machines are not allowed in the studio.
- Our studio admin will visit your room approximately 5-10 minutes before the end of your booking to ensure the space is returned to its original condition. All furniture and props must be returned to their original places, and all garbage should be disposed of in the bins located in the bathroom.
- The studio is to be used solely for legal purposes, including photography and video shoots. Explicit content, nudity, or any inappropriate material is strictly prohibited.
- Any activities that violate laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or promote discrimination, harassment, or violence are strictly prohibited.
