Terms & Conditions - Event Rental

CAPACITY LIMIT — 25 PEOPLE MAX

Exceeding the capacity will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Full rental payment is required to secure your event date.
  • A $300 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded after your event pending complete inspection of the space.

EVENT HOURS & OVERTIME

  • All events must begin and end at the booked time slot.

  • All event duration is inclusive of set up/decor and take down/clean up.

  • Any overtime will be billed at $45 for every additional 30 minutes.

FOOD & ALCOHOL

  • Food and beverages are allowed.
  • No selling, serving, or distributing alcohol.

PROPS USAGE

  • Tape, screws, or adhesives that peel paint and open flames are prohibited unless in enclosed containers.
  • Confetti, glitter, sparkles, fake snow, powders, or small-prop items are permitted.
  • If used and left behind, the $300 security deposit will be forfeited.

NOISE CONTROL

  • Noise levels must remain reasonable to avoid disturbing neighbors.
  • Guests may bring a speaker. If using a large speaker, please inform us in advance.

CLEANING & DAMAGE POLICY

  • The space must be returned to its original condition before departure. This includes cleaning all food messes, returning furniture to its original layout and disposing of all garbage in the designated bins.
  • Failure to clean the space or leaving it excessively dirty will result in forfeiture of the $300 security deposit.
  • The client is responsible for any damage to the furniture, walls, equipment or space.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 5 days notice at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will incur a 100% charge of the total booking cost.

LIABILITY

  • The client is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests.
  • The studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • By booking, you agree to indemnify and release the studio from any claims, injuries, or damages that arise from your event.
